Tn Haji Fauzi bin Said
A talk entitled Understanding the Work Culture of the Cooperate Sector has been delivered by Tuan Haji Fauzi bin Said during value talk activity in week five. The event was held in the Main Hall, Suria Merang Resort.
In his speech, he talked about variety of topics related to the work cultures. During his speech, he emphasized that we need to take all the opportunities to work in corporate sector. He did mention about the characteristics of strong culture companies which can be divided to weak cultures, unhealthy cultures and culture of service delivery.
