Tuesday, 20 August 2009, another value talk was held entitled “Achieving Excellent Performance at Work- Secrets of Success”, located at Gelam Main Hall SRM 02. This talk was delivered by Dr Hj. Nazmi bin Ghazali from Kelantan State Peoples Plantation Development Corporation.
This value talk are very useful and crucial for the participants because it stress on the real job environment and the way to deal with it. The speaker also stress about the needed of good relation between human and the Creator, Allah s.w.t. if we want to become a good employee.
