The speaker for that programme was Mr. Ibrahim Topaiwah. He delivered an interesting topic which was “Helping Business to Excel-role of Young Executives as Future Leader” .The event was held in Main Hall, Suria Merang Resort.

In his speech, he talked about 15 sub-topics that gave the participants the real pictures of corporate world and their challenges.

As the summary, he focussed on Malaysia economic system and environment, profit and satisfaction of stakeholders, common legal frameworks, special rules and regulation, international standards and regulations, collectively agreed rules, internally created values, shareholders expectation, vision, mission, objectives, conflicting impressions, conflicting expectation, lack of understanding and so on.

At the end of his speech, he stressed that we need to work on our strengths. Besides, he also emphasized that we need to replace the negative values with more positive values. So we will work in nice condition, no jealousy no greediness.
