Operation Management (OM) was the set of activities that creates value in the form of goods and or services by transforming resource inputs into outputs (products and or services).

In this module, participants have been teaching how to calculate the productivity, get to know the standard process, ISO requirements and the best things is 5S which is refer to sort, straighten, schedule, sweep and sustain. During the class, trainers delegate task to make presentation about Operation Management by using Ten OM Strategy Decisions. All the participants were excited do the task that has been given.
